The refund took juste 2 days, the custumer service replies was very quick some time you get 2 or 3 replies in 1 day, and they were very patient with me. So i opened my bank app and checked the transactions on the refund date that is showing in their screen shot, and i was correct, i received the refund long time ago, but kept bothering the custumer service team by mistake. So, they told me tha they will contact the finance team for further checking, and later they sent me a screen capture showing all details of the refund. So i contacted them, and they confurmed that they did the refund and told me to check my bank account, and i checked my bank sms transactions and confurmed back that i didnt get the refund. They told me that i will get the refund at maximum in 15 days, after 15 days i still didnt get. I contacted the customer service and sent a screen capture of the problem and asked for refund.

After installing, the software can do the job only until iphone X, so it was useless for me and waste of money and i need to get odher software to do the job. I purshased dr.fone to bypass the icloud activation lock for my iphone 14 pro.
